Kate Package

The Kate Package is for the couple who is ready to enjoy their wedding day, and does not want the stress of planning a wedding. Let us step in and let the both of you relax. The Kate package allows for complete wedding planning by a wedding professional for every design detail and every planning and scheduling nuance. The hard work is ours, but the final say and Beautiful Wedding Day are all yours! The package includes:

  • Our Initial Get to know you meeting where chat all about ideas, dreams, your needs and your budget for your wedding day
  • Access to Lavender Hill Event Design & Planning’s exclusive Wedding Planner Timeline and Wedding Checklist
  • A follow up meeting with Inspiration Boards based upon your ideas and your budget. We will also review and begin to compile your guest list and attendants. Help select wedding date if needed and review ideal wedding ceremony and receptions sites.
  • Design & Styling Services can/will include: wardrobe, floral arrangements, menu creation, ceremony & reception space décor, lighting, place settings and table-scaping, wedding stationary, and favors.
  • A referral list of trusted area vendors who meet your wedding day needs and a plan to schedule and begin the interview process of all wedding vendors.
  • Set up appointments for the couple to interview all wedding vendors and LHEvents will attend any and all meetings. LH Events will keep copies of all vendor contracts to ensure a smooth process throughout the planning and wedding day.
  • Visit & tour ceremony & reception site options – up to 3 locations
  • Assembly & Addressing of Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations
  • Includes optional program and escort design
  • Manage Guest List and track RSVPs and responses on a shared database
  • Provide couple with complete guest list 2 weeks before wedding day
  • Discuss and arrange location for Rehearsal Dinner
  • A hands on and hand holding experience when needed
  • Includes use of any and all props in Lavender Hill’s collection at no charge


Plus all included in the Grace & Ann Package:

  • 30 days before: We meet to collect all vendor & venue information, including copies of contracts as well as review your wedding day details and attendant information
  • 7 to 14 days before your wedding day, I will contact and confirm with all of your vendors for the day of the event, verify what payments are due, and I will run payments out for you if needed, Create and distribute the wedding day itinerary to the vendors.
  • Attend final wedding gown fitting to review all styling, buttoning, bustling needs of your wedding gown
  • Attend and assist (if needed and allowed by Officiant) with rehearsal at ceremony site, distribute wedding day itinerary to bridal party
  • Wedding Day: Execute all wedding plans and details in accordance with the clients wishes: greet deliveries at both reception & ceremony sites, supervise and assist all set up for décor, distribute any final payments to vendors if needed, supervise ceremony site and assist as needed, supervise reception and coordinate all reception events with vendors, arrange for end of event details (gift loading & transport, packaging of left over cake, gathering up flowers & rented items) supervise & assist in clean up of both ceremony & reception sites.
