Some weddings have all the right details… and Rachel & Tim’s wedding certainly did! They were married in early September of 2012 and it was a lovely day, well for most of it…the skies did open up in the evening but at that point we were safe inside and the lighting made for a spectacular show!
These two are simply adorable and I just got a card from them in the mail!
a little excerpt from the note…
we want to let you know how very much we appreciated all of your help before and on the day of our wedding. You are truly a superhero!!! Thank you so much for all your hard work – planning, organizing, decorating and cleaning up for our wedding…we appreciate all the help you provided in the week leading up to the wedding – taking all of my (and my mom’s) calls, staying positive during marathon planning meetings, and figuring out logistics. You were a rock-star when it came to wrangling the over-sized wedding party mob of rambunctious ushers. We really, truly wouldn’t have been able to pull off the wedding (much less make it wonderful) without you! … thank you for going above and beyond, thank you for being upbeat, friendly and energetic, and thank you SO MUCH for being our wedding planner.
they are as sweet as this note and the sweetness makes the work so worthwhile when you get to share in such a great day full of love. But like I said sometimes the details are just right…so lets get to the details!
Congratulation Tim and Rachel! Thank you for choosing me to be a part of your wedding day! Thank you for trusting me and my ideas for your wedding day, to cultivate and put together all the amazing details and decor you worked so hard on. Thank you for finding it as funny as I did when I decided to suck helium and wish you a Happy Wedding Day! Thanks for having such fun parents, such a fun wedding party and that midnight beer around the fire when it was all over! I wish the both of you a lifetime of fun, giggles, S’mores, good beer and strong love!
Cheers! ~ Jenny
